Eleven guides, one office in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, and no branch anywhere else.
We started in 2011 running two itineraries with borrowed equipment. We now run nine, and we still do not operate outside Kamchatka. Everyone who guides for us lives on the peninsula through the winter, which is the only way to know what a given pass looks like in a given June.
Groups of six to twelve, two guides on every departure, and a cook on the longer trips. We do not subcontract. If the weather takes a day from you we will offer an alternative, and if it takes three we will refund the unused portion — this is written into the booking terms rather than left to goodwill.
